Tugce served as the CEO & founder of Streetbees, a groundbreaking global intelligence platform. Boasting a global user base of over 3.5 million in 189 countries, under her tenure the company closed a £30 million series B round and scaled new heights in success and innovation. She has now moved onto her next venture, alchemy.ai., building a proprietary frontier LLM to create meaningful human connections.

Husayn currently leads the team at Quench.ai that builds AI infrastructure to supercharge training & productivity. Prior to this he was CEO & co-founder of Onfido, an identity verification start-up. Founded with two friends from Oxford University, he successfully led a global team of over 500 people across seven regions and raised more than £143 million in funding. In February 2024 Onfido was acquired by Entrust, a US competitor. The deal was Oxford’s largest-ever return on investment for a student-led start-up.

Odera is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor based in Lisbon. His expertise spans across various domains but one of his notable achievements was founding Viewsy, a location data SaaS platform that was later acquired by Ipsos in 2018. Prior to this, Odera was an integral part of the early pre-IPO Groupon team, contributing to the company’s successful $13.5 billion IPO. He is now founder of Limbic Labs, a Venture Studio & Startup Investing company.

Paul is CEO at BMLL, an award-winning data and analytics company operating at the cutting edge of capital markets. He has over 30 years’ experience holding various global executive management positions in Investment Banking, Stock Exchange Management, Market Data Vendors and Brokerages. He formerly served as interim CEO of Euronext London and Global Head of FICC at Euronext NV, where he was responsible for the development and execution of strategy in Fixed-income, Rates, Foreign Exchange and Commodity markets.

Leon works with Tier 0/1 venture capital firms (Lightspeed Venture Partners, Atomico etc), to ensure the best start-ups come to AWS. He is also a Gen AI lead for AWS, developing relationships with start-ups and leading investors. He collaborates hands-on with prominent start-ups, foundation model trainers, model consumers and enterprises embracing new AI/ML powered business models. Prior to AWS, Leon was CTO for NatWest Ventures, has been an advisor to VC/PE and consulting firms, and always is a software engineer.

Tristan is a co-founder, new business generator, CRM expert and Martech whizz. Prior to Growth Division he worked at Europe’s largest tech distribution firm in their Business Intelligence unit, a start-up called Ordoo, and then founded Growth Division to help start-ups overcome one of the biggest challenges Ordoo faced: finding scalable channels to market. He uses Growth Division’s unique growth process and team of marketing experts to help founders define strategies, validate channels, and unlock exponential growth.

Benedikt's passion is scaling exceptional teams & companies. He has built multiple companies across renewable energy, enterprise software, AI, drug discovery, and healthcare. This includes one exit, two companies that are still going strong, and now Sanome which was founded in 2020 and is rewriting healthcare. In all of his companies Benedikt has scrutinized the impact of data and its ability to provide rich insights and be utilised as a force for good.

Debbie is entrepreneur, speaker, investor and high performance & leadership coach working globally with entrepreneurs, CEOs and senior execs. She moved from being a founder of a tech startup raising investment and being in the boardrooms of some of the top FTSE 100 to giving it all up and building out a successful coaching practice. With over 30 years’ experience working in challenging sectors including the military, she works with teams and individuals on strategic performance through gentle leadership.
