Robert Gelb is an investor at Techstart Ventures, a Scotland-based inception-to-pre-seed VC fund that is typically first money in, backing globally ambitious founders building internationally relevant companies. He is a former CEO and founder, with experience leading HeySummit and building Kindaba and Bus52, and is passionate about supporting founders and championing greater diversity in the tech ecosystem.

Two-time Founder & CEO who grew revenue from zero to eight figures and achieved two private equity exits (including PSG Equity and a Carlyle Group portfolio company). He has led acquisitions, exit processes and post-acquisition integrations, and went on to drive global GTM strategy at a $50m portfolio business. Now, he supports SaaS and agency founders with growth, international expansion, operational excellence and the practical, commercial application of AI.

Aidan is an Investment Director at PXN Ventures in Edinburgh, following the merger of Par Equity and Praetura Ventures, where he previously spent seven years leading more than 80 technology investment transactions. He focuses on originating and executing venture deals across health, AI, energy and Industry 4.0, and supports portfolio companies through follow-on funding and M&A.

Alex Olly is a SaaS specialist and co-founder at Reachdesk, where he helps companies stand out and engage prospects through human-centric strategies like ABM, direct mail, and personalised gifting. He believes in treating customers as people rather than leads, using thoughtful, personalised touchpoints at every stage of the buying journey.

Stuart has over 10 years’ experience building, scaling and transforming SaaS GTM teams across New York and London, turning them into high-performing functions within multi-million dollar businesses. He has driven growth from early-stage revenue to $10m+ ARR, improved retention to over 100% NDR, and led global GTM strategies delivering significant pipeline growth. Stuart is currently a Partner at Blissgrowth’s startup studio and Founder of OrbitalX, helping businesses scale demand generation and accelerate revenue.

Alan is an experienced investment professional with over 10 years’ experience supporting entrepreneur-led and owner-managed businesses, having worked across corporate finance as a lender, adviser and investor. He has backed companies in traditional sectors such as manufacturing and services, as well as high-growth scale-ups in Cyber Security, Life Sciences, RegTech and CleanTech. Alan partners closely with management teams and boards to execute growth strategies, follow-on investments and successful exits to private equity, trade and international listed acquirers.

Founder of Commplicated, Europe’s first deep-tech-focused communications and design firm, she helps technical founders turn complex innovation into clear strategy, strong brands, and successful funding outcomes.

Neil supports entrepreneurial businesses and their investors from early growth through to exit, advising on everything from EIS and share schemes to M&A and international expansion.

Mohamed is former enterprise leader who closed £100m+ in cloud deals and now helps ambitious companies transition from finite human labour to autonomous, agentic AI systems that turn live data into decisive action and scalable growth

Monika is an entrepreneur scientist applying her PHD expertise in genetics and regenerative biology to advance bio-manufacturing technologies such as precision fermentation and cultivated meat, bridging deep science with commercial strategy.

Nikki is a MedTech leader with over 25 years' experience driving growth, acquisitions and global expansion, known for building high performing teams and delivering sustainable, transformation across healthcare markets.

David is the CEO of Aurum Biosciences, advancing ABL-101, a breakthrough oxygen carrier for stroke and diagnostic imaging, combining NHS MRI expertise with healthtech commercialisation and fundraising leadership.

CEO of Meshed and exited founder, Mark builds and scales ventures at the intersection of accounting, insurance and AI, enabling accountants to deliver embedded risk solutions and greater strategic value to their clients.

Benna is a Director at CCU International, she drives innovation, risk, and net zero strategy across CleanTech and industrial sectors, supporting high-growth businesses to scale sustainably while building strong, high performing teams.

Genna is the founder and director of Kinoro, an early-stage edtech SaaS startup building human-centred AI and scalable technology. Drawing on her experience as a former teacher, she is aiming to improve family wellbeing and education outcomes.

Iain is Co-Founder and CEO of Chorus Training, a SaaS venture creating AI-enabled training and compliance software that helps safety-critical energy and infrastructure sectors to streamline workforce competence.
